2.Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ) for PCB production?

Yes, PCB production MOQ is 5 Pieces.

3.Do you provide free sample for PCB?

Yes, we can provide Free PCB samples service to confirm the quality, and the qty is no more than 5pcs(Within 0.2sqm). We will charge the sample cost first, and return the PCB sample cost in mass production.

4.How can I get the quote?

5.What should I provide to make pcb quote?

You have to send us the Gerber file(RS-274X) and BOM(If PCB assembly service requirement.).Please also advise the manufacturing technical information,It should include with material type/board thickness/finished copper thickness/soldermask color /silkscreen color/surface finished.Or we will make a quote per standard pcb.

6.How to start order?

If you are satisfied with our PCB or Assembly Quote , you can provide the PO(purchase order) with latest file together.Then we will send you a PI to proceed with payment.You can also refer our payment information that shows on quote to proceed directly then let us know

7.How to count the Lead time?

It's counted from the second day following order payment receipt and working file confirmed by you. (holidays and weekends are not included).Normally we will provide EQs within 24 hours.It depends on PCB design's complexity.

8.Why need to produce in a panel?

If the PCB too small and quantity too much,we will advise to produce the PCB in a panel.Panelization will optimize and increase efficiency in the production.Also,produce in an array will help PCB SMT easier.

9.How to deliver my order?

We ship all PCBs and PCBAs by Express with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS or Hongkong Post, and ship high volume PCBs by Train ,Air forwarder or Sea.You can also use your own account to ship or Arrange shipment from our Shenzhen Warehouse.

10.How long is the Shipment delivery time?

Normally will be 2-5 working days via Express(UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT).If use Train to ship,it should be about 15-30 working days,If use Sea to ship,it should be about 1-2 months.It depends on the destination or the shipping way.

11.How to charge the shipping cost?

We will estimate PCB's weight and calculate the cost.You can also collect multiple boards to save shipping cost.We only charge the real shipping cost.

12.How to make the payment?

We can accept Paypal or T/T Wire Transferring to our Hongkong Bank.We have some local Bank Accounts in different countries,If you need any consultation, please contact us via email to check if that available for you.Please note,we will not responsible for the payment handling cost.If use Paypal,please add 4% extra in amount.
